Its main active ingredient, chilli pepper extract (Capsaicin), is a natural compound that can help improve blood flow, reduce inflammation and relieve pain.

How to use:

To use our Capsicum Gel, apply a small amount to the affected area and massage gently until fully absorbed. Apply up to 3 times a day. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

You may feel a warming or burning sensation, which is normal and should decrease after a few minutes. Olive oil and cold water reduce heat if too much is applied.
